with J12 and the L7 leadership program has been amazing.
Our children, ages 10 and 12, have a confidence and
boldness that they have not had before. They have
adopted the J12 principles and have incorporated them
into their very identities. The L7 leadership program
was a blessing in many ways. The homework really opened
up a dialog between parent and child that was very
revelational. My 12-year-old son sat at the table
with me and began to weep and begged me to teach him
how to study the bible and how to pray effectively.
I was blown away, I thought back to my own childhood
and how very different it was. I would never have
asked my folks to do that with me. It was a moment
with my son I will never forget. What a privilege
to be able to have that conversation. I was encouraged
and challenged to “train up a child in the way
he should go”. I am so thankful for the J12
ministry and how they have partnered with our kids.
