This notice applies to all information collected
or submitted on the J12 website. We offer pages within
our site where you can order products, sign up for
memberships, provide donations, make requests, and
register to receive materials or attend events. The
types of personal information collected at these pages
may include:
Name
Company
Title
Age
Address
Email address
Phone/Fax numbers
Credit/Debit Card Information
We use the information you provide about yourself
to complete a transaction. We do not share this information
with outside parties except to the extent necessary
to complete that transaction. In the case of event
registrations, the information collected will be used
only to verify your registrations at those events.
We use return email addresses to answer the email
we receive, and to provide you with statuses on your
orders, inquiries, donations or registrations. Such
addresses are not used for any other purpose and are
not shared with outside parties.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy,
and ensure the correct use of information, we have
put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and
managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the
information we collect online.
Notice to Parents of Children under 13
J12 will take all measures to prevent any personal
information of children under 13 to appear on the
website. Our website blog geared towards children
under 13 will be strictly moderated and any personal
identifiable information will be removed prior to
approving any posts for public viewing.
Registration for events may also require the collection
of information from registrants. In any of these cases,
we will comply with the Children’s Online Privacy
Protection Act.
Store Return Policy
At J12, we are committed to selecting quality items.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase,
it may be returned within 30 days for a complete refund
to the same credit card it was purchased with. It
may also be returned for a store credit or merchandise
exchange. J12 will not accept any returns after 30
days from the date of purchase. Please keep in mind,
shipping charges will apply to exchanges.
To return merchandise to J12:
1. Contact us via email at info@j12.com,
or by phone at 714.253.3274, Monday through Friday
10am to 5pm PST. We will issue you a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) that should be placed on the outside
of the box.
2. Please repack the merchandise with all the original
tags and packaging. Please also include a brief note
explaining the reason for the return or exchange as
well as a copy of the original invoice.
3. Send package to: J12 PO Box 3307, Fullerton, CA
92834. Include your RMA # on the outside.
* Please note that any package without an RMA will
be refused.
You will receive an email notification, when your
package has been received and inspected. Please allow
for approximately two weeks for processing the returns/exchange.
